Our client Scottish Power Renewbles are seeking an IAC Quality Manager for a long-term contract role based in either London or Glasgow.

Expectations

•Provide the necessary support to the Project Quality Manager (PQM) regarding quality issues
•Ensure implementation of the PQMS within the package - identification, preparation, distribution and maintenance of project/package quality documentation in accordance with the PQMS
•Ensure standard quality specifications are present and distributed to all relevant parties to ensure all legal/regulatory requirements are met
•Ensure that the correct implementation of the PQMS is monitored through planning and conducting of internal quality audits
•Conduct/coordinate external audits
•Participate in package management meetings to ensure coordination between quality activities and package management activities
•Prepare reports as necessary
•Ensure document control processes are followed within the package as well as by contractors in order to maintain documents/records traceability

Requirements

•Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for onshore / offshore wind projects, preferably specific to IAC
•Engineering degree qualified or equivalent technical qualifications / experience
•5-8 years of experience managing quality, preferably within IAC related packages Quality auditing certification
•Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy
•Provision of quality management support and coaching
