About role:

You will be a strong Test Manager to join the Stratus Programme. In this role, you will champion the adoption of streamlined, standardized, and contemporary operational processes across the organization. As Test Manager, you'll be instrumental in crafting testing strategies, developing comprehensive testing materials, and providing leadership to internal and external testing teams.

About the client: Leading biomedical research and the healthcare industry

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute comprehensive testing strategies and methodologies specifically tailored for the Stratus ERP programme implementation, encompassing Oracle Fusion applications and various third-party systems to ensure thorough end-to-end testing
  • Direct and coordinate both organizational and vendor testing resources, fostering productive collaboration and clear communication channels
  • Supervise quality assurance processes for Oracle applications, system integrations, and data migrations to establish complete end-to-end workflows based on organizational use cases, while implementing industry standards, performance metrics, and innovative testing approaches
  • Synchronize testing initiatives across diverse project teams and workstreams
  • Ensure testing activities adhere to established timelines and meet defined quality benchmarks

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A professional with demonstrated expertise as an Oracle Test Manager or equivalent position, with comprehensive knowledge of testing management solutions.
  • Substantial experience in Oracle Test Management or comparable positions
  • Proficiency with Oracle testing automation platforms and management systems
  • Comprehensive understanding of Oracle software testing frameworks, methodologies, and procedures
  • Oracle software certifications (such as Oracle Certified Professional) are advantageous
  • Experience implementing Agile and DevOps principles within Oracle environments
  • Proven track record in directing and managing Oracle Fusion ERP testing workstreams
  • Capability to oversee multiple concurrent Oracle module testing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
