- Identify areas for quality improvement across the SDLC
- Keep up to date with industry trends and implement improvements proactively
What You Bring
- Proven experience in both manual and automated QA testing
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Working knowledge of tools like Selenium, Postman, JIRA, and test management platforms
- Ability to plan, structure, and prioritize testing at different levels of development
- Collaborative mindset and willingness to mentor peers
