Description
- lead the quality management system and make sure they're always audit-ready
- define product and process specs, and challenge the status quo when needed
- support new product development with your food tech know-how
- maintain third-party accreditations including BRC Grade A
- manage non-conformances and drive continuous improvement
- monitor customer feedback and complaints - and turn insights into action
- be our go-to expert on food safety, legislation and quality assurance
- audit, inspect and keep our systems sharp
- ensure all suppliers are up to scratch and fully certified
- spot risks in the supply chain before they become problems

Profile
A successful Quality Manager should have:
- proven experience in a food technical or quality assurance role in a factory environment for a BRC rated factory
- food-related degree or equivalent hands-on experience
- internal auditor and HACCP Level 3 qualified
- strong knowledge of food legislation
- confident communicator and team player
- experience managing people and processes
- full uk driving licence
