Role: Test Manager
Location: London, 2-3 days per week on site required
Duration: 12-month contract
Rate: 800.00 - 850.00 per day through umbrella
We're seeking an experienced Test Manager to support the onboarding of a new client to a major financial institution's Back Office (BO) and align with Middle Office (MO) operations. This is a key role within a high-impact programme involving Aladdin, Data Vault, and cross-functional coordination across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead testing efforts related to onboarding a client into BO and MO environments, ensuring smooth integration with Aladdin.
- Oversee the testing of data interfaces between BO, MO, and Data Vault into Aladdin format.
- Collaborate with the Middle Office, Back Office, and Data Vault teams to resolve file delivery and data content issues.
- Manage BO/MO tollgate testing requirements and internal sign-offs.
- Liaise with the Vault team to ensure alignment with file build requirements and testing plans.
- Attend and contribute to all planning, testing, and internal workstream meetings.
- Take ownership of defect management and coordination across stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain a comprehensive test plan aligned with the broader programme timeline.
- Work closely with workstream leads, operations teams, and the programme manager.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in test management and oversight within financial services.
- Strong defect management and coordination skills.
- A solid understanding of Middle Office and Back Office functions and workflows.
- Experience working with Aladdin and financial data platforms is highly desirable.
- Confident communicator with strong stakeholder engagement skills.
