Job Title: PAM Project ManagerLocation: UK Hybrid Contract Type: ContractOverview:We are seeking a highly skilled Privileged Access Management (PAM) Project Manager to join a prestigious global bank. This role is critical to the successful delivery of a large-scale PAM transformation initiative aimed at strengthening the bank's identity and access management (IAM) capabilities and protecting critical infrastructure and sensitive data.Key Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end delivery of Privileged Access Management projects within the bank's cybersecurity transformation programme.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, security architects, and technology teams to define PAM requirements and implementation plans.Manage project scope, schedule, budget, and quality to ensure successful and timely delivery.Oversee integration of PAM tools such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust, or similar technologies.Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating, as necessary.Ensure alignment with regulatory and compliance standards including GDPR, SOX, and internal security policies.Provide regular reporting to executive sponsors and senior stakeholders.Required Skills & Experience:Proven experience managing complex PAM or IAM projects in the banking or financial services sector.Strong understanding of PAM technologies (e.g., CyberArk, BeyondTrust, Delinea).Solid project management background with certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile methodologies.Experience working in regulated environments with an understanding of risk, compliance, and security governance.Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.Desirable:Technical background in cybersecurity or IAM.Previous experience with cloud-based PAM solutions.
