My client a leading cybersecurity business is seeking a Managed Security Services Delivery Lead based from offices in London and/or Kent.
My client is a leading cybersecurity business who are part of larger reputable group who have a portfolio of clients within the financial services, utilities, legal and manufacturing verticals.
As Managed Security Services Delivery Lead based in London and/or Kent, reporting to the UK Head of Client Delivery you will be responsible for:
- Establishing efficient, effective end-to-end processes and procedures from initial requirements capture, through to design and onboarding of Managed Security Services (MSS)
- Supporting sales and pre-sales teams during requirements gathering and scoping exercises to ensure sufficient information is captured for the delivery teams
- Overseeing all client MSS onboardings ensuring all aspects of the onboarding process are executed in a timely manner
- Reviewing and validateing documentation, security requirements and contract agreements
- Working with MSS onboarding resources to deliver client expectations throughout the onboarding
- Streamlining and enhancing onboarding processes based on best practices
- Owning the service transition process from delivery to business as usual, agree and maintain service acceptance criteria with the local Cyber SOC to be used as a benchmark for all service transitions
- Regularly collect feedback from clients regarding their onboarding experience to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitoring budgets and ensure that all deliverables of the onboardings are delivered within the defined financial budgets, alongside identifying any efficiency that can improve profitability for the business
The most desirable applicant for Managed Security Services Delivery Lead based in London and/or Kent will have:
- Strong experience in managed security services and the end-to-end process
- Considerable demonstrable experience in project or programme management roles
- Proven ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience working in a client-facing role
- Familiarity with security technologies such as firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection and threat detection systems.
- Expertise in project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices and risk management
- Certification in Prince II, PMP,Agile and ITIL V4 is highly desirable
