Sonic Summary

The position is for a Security Architect on a 12-month contract based in London, inside IR35.
The role requires an experienced professional with a background in Security Architecture, particularly in Modern Workplace (M365), Data Centre Security, and Active Directory.
Key responsibilities include designing, assessing, and recommending security solutions, as well as collaborating with project managers and technical teams.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the field and ideally possess certifications such as CISA, CISM, SABSA, or TOGAF.
The salary for this role is competitive, and the successful candidate will work in a hybrid model, with background checks required before starting.

Security Architect – 12 Month Contract – London – Inside IR35

My customer is seeking an and experienced Security Architect to develop, implement and manage secure information systems.

The successful Security Architect will design, assess and recommend security solutions – Specific Security Architecture experience will cover areas including Modern Workplace (M365), Data Centre Security, Active Directory or SD-Wan Security.

Key Responsibilities of the Security Architect:

Ensure the correct application of security strategies, policies, standards, and best practices.
Evaluate and integrate security technologies to enhance the firm's security position.
Collaborate and communicate with Project Managers and Technical teams to develop effective security designs.
Create LLD and HLD Architecture designs.
Providing Architectural knowledge for Modern Workplace, Data Centre/AD or SD-Wan projects.

Experience Needed:

An experienced background in Security Architecture
Must have experience in a Modern Workplace, M365 and Active Directory environment. Ideally having some experience with Data Centre and SD-wan.
Experience within the legal sector.
Enterprise / Global Organisation background
Ideally have a technical background with certifications such as CISA, CISM, SABSA or TOGAF.
Have knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and security principles like NIST.

The successful Security Architect will be required to work hybrid on site in London.

Please note, the Security Architect will have to go through background checks before you start, these cover Right to Work, Reference, Certification check – this process can take up to 4 weeks.
