Overview of the Cyber Security Manager role:

Sellick Partnership is delighted to be working with a long-standing client based in the London area to recruit a Cyber Security Manager for a minimum of 3 months (with potential to extend). This role comes with a day rate of 650 (inside IR35) and offers hybrid working, with a minimum of two days a week required on-site in the office.

Key duties of the Cyber Security Manager will include:

  • Production of comprehensive reports detailing security statuses and incident responses.
  • You will be responsible for overseeing cyber operations within the organisation.
  • You will be managing a team ensuring all security protocols and procedures are followed meticulously.
  • You will provide strategic recommendation reports to senior management.
  • Vulnerability Management: Manage and update a list of vulnerabilities across the estate, with a critical focus to safeguard data integrity and mitigate risks.

Experience required for the Cyber Security Manager role:

  • The ideal candidate will hold a relevant Cyber Security qualification, such as ISACA Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) or be CISSP Certified.
  • In addition, you will have extensive experience coordinating with various stakeholders and departments across organisations to ensure a joined up approach to the maintenance and improvement of cyber security.
  • Managerial skills and experience are essential.
