The successful candidate should hold around 1 years’ experience in 1st Line IT support within a professional services environment, as well as being familiar with Windows 10, Office 365, and Microsoft Edge. You must be a hard-working and keen to implement your expertise into a new challenge.

- Providing support for the company for all computer software and hardware.
- Always providing quick responses to any users.
- Ensure all support calls are logged and documented.
- Ensuring that support requests are escalated to the appropriate person.
