A well-established organisation is seeking a capable IT Support Analyst to join its team based in Canary Wharf.  As the business embraces flexibility, you are able to work from home 4 days per week. Please note, there is an on-call rota that you will be expected to partake in.

Reporting into the Head of IT you will work closely with a small, collaborative team to support the IT function. You will serve as the first point of contact for support requests via phone, email and in-person. You will troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues, escalate complex technical issues, support remote workforce and assist in the maintenance of IT equipment such as laptops and desktops.

In order to be suitable for this role you will have experience in supporting Windows, Office 365 , Azure and Active Directory. You will hold knowledge of servers, desktops and laptops as well as have familiarity with network protocols and hardware troubleshooting. Any experience with Linux systems and a relevant IT degree and/or professional qualifications are advantageous to your application but by no means necessary.
