The university values innovation and efficiency in managing student information systems. Your new roleAs the Banner Technical Administrator, you will be responsible for implementing the student information system. This includes development and configuration work to meet the University's business requirements, focusing on business workflow, experience cards, and report writing in Banner. You will report to the Development and Testing Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring the system's smooth operation and alignment with SaaS safe development practices. What you'll need to succeed

Helping to shape and implement our new student information system, Banner.
A big majority of the role is creating and dealing with Workflows on a system called process maker
Helping shape insight reporting
Creating templates in the system for emails and communications
Gathering requirements from people and ensuring these are set up within the application
Creating user guides
Toing and froing between new and old system
Very admin focussed
Dealing with other people in workstreams so lots of meetings
Liaising with Banner themselves
Setting up system access
Testing and asking others to test
