TalentLink Systems Administrator - Higher Education TalentLink Systems Administrator with experience of configuring TalentLink is needed to support our higher education client to carry out a number of configuration tasks to enhance the systems functionality. The TalentLink Systems Administrator responsible for assessing, configuring, testing, and deploying system changes across four aligned environments (Live, UAT, Training, Development), working in close collaboration with recruitment operations, HR tech, and integration teams. TalentLink Systems Administrator - Higher Education-Essential Experience • Ability to carry out end-to-end configuration and deployment of TalentLink enhancements and changes. • Proven experience administering TalentLink or a similar enterprise ATS • Understanding of HR systems, workflows, and integrations • Excellent TalentLink configuration and testing skills, with a structured and detail-focused approach • Experience working in high-volume, process-driven environments • Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams • Familiarity with release/change management processes and system governance • Ensure changes are well-documented, fully tested, and safely delivered into production • Ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders across recruitment, HRIS, and IT 6 month contract Pay rate- £300-£400per day inside IR35-May be flexibility for the right candidate Hybrid working with 1 day per week on site in London/flexibility for the right candidate
