LENGTH: 12 Months Contract Role

The Role
We're currently supporting an investment firm undergoing a significant transformation within their front-office operations. As part of this, the business is transitioning its Order Management System (OMS) and is seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong understanding of OMS platforms, hands-on experience with Bloomberg and Aladdin, and a proven track record of supporting similar system migrations
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business and system requirements.
- Support the full lifecycle of the OMS transition from Bloomberg to Aladdin.
- Liaise between technology teams, portfolio managers, traders, and external vendors.
- Assist in data migration, UATUAT planning, and post-implementation support.
- Help define process improvements to align with the new system's capabilities.
Required Experience:
Proven involvement in a Bloomberg to Aladdin transition or similar OMS migration.
Strong understanding of Aladdin OMS functionality and implementation processes.
Previous experience in BA roles within investment management or asset management.
Excellent communication skills and experience engaging front-office users.
Familiarity with data mapping, testing, and trade lifecycle processes.
