Field Programs Analyst

We’re working with one of the most exciting, fast-paced global tech brands out there, think scale, innovation, and impact. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who thrives in program delivery, operations, and enablement, ideally with experience supporting high-performing sales teams.

This role sits within a global team responsible for rolling out programs that help sales teams elevate their performance through peer enablement and structured learning experiences. It’s a hands-on, fast-moving role where you’ll need to be organised, resourceful, and happy owning key workstreams from start to finish.

The Basics:

  • Contract: 8 months, PAYE (inside IR35)
  • Pay: Up to £29.50ph + holiday pay
  • Hybrid: 3 days in Bishopsgate office, 2 days WFH
  • Start: ASAP

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Owning the operations and logistics of a flagship Academy Program
  • Managing communications, session logistics, swag, and Zoom production
  • Tracking effectiveness, survey data, KPIs, stakeholder feedback
  • Working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders across the business
  • Supporting internal subject matter experts and preparing sessions
  • Keeping everything moving with a keen eye for detail and timelines

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5+ years of program or project management experience
  • Big company, high-tech background preferred
  • Experience working closely with sales or enablement teams
  • Proficient with Google Slides & Sheets (formulas, VLOOKUP etc.)
  • Strong communicator with great stakeholder management skills (C-suite included)
  • Calm under pressure, great at juggling priorities, and a natural organiser
  • A sense of humour and a proactive approach
