Crone Corkill are partnered with a long standing financial client who are searching for a Junior IT Systems Business Analyst with CRM experience to join the team following an internal promotion. Working as part of a close-knit team in a 5 day per week onsite setting, you'll assist in the management & development of business applications, including their CRM system, Research Authoring tool, and the Research Portal.

It's not essential to have worked with their specific tooling - The most important requirement for them is hiring someone who's eager to learn, comfortable liaising with technical & non-technical teams, has a detail orientated, analytical way of working and has experience working in a similar sized environment.

What will you do as a Junior IT Systems Business Analyst?

  • Assist in the management, maintenance and improving of Datazoic (CRM), MediaSterling and the Research Portal
  • Ensure CRM data integrity by supporting data validation, user management and system controls
  • Collaborate with various Front & Back Office teams, Senior Management and Stakeholders to develop and enhance CRM & Research systems
  • Partner with the IT & Production teams and 3rd-party vendors to optimise solutions and streamline workflows
  • Work as the bridge between tech teams and business users - Gathering requirements and ensuring successful delivery of solutions
  • Provide reporting and analysis to support Strategy and Front Office functions
  • Assist in developing BI tools to drive account management, client strategy and revenue growth
  • Optimise CRM data structures and reporting capabilities

What skills do you need to be a Junior IT Systems Business Analyst?

  • Around 3 years of experience in a similar, CRM related role - (ideally in finance)
  • Experience working in a CRM related role (Datazoic ideal but not essential)
  • Good understanding of CRM data structures, processes, best practice, etc
  • Experience working within the financial industry
  • Experience managing business applications
  • Knowledge of business intelligence, process automation and data analytics
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Office Suite
