Arthur is working with a Lloyd’s Syndicate that is looking to hire a Senior Operations Analyst on a part-time basis (three days per week).This role is crucial in enhancing internal systems, streamlining processes, managing key operational outputs, and facilitating smooth communication across teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn, maintain, and actively improve internal operational systems and workflows.
  • Identify inefficiencies and partner with leadership to evolve and implement scalable solutions. 
  • Drive automation initiatives and assist in the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Oversee and maintain the integrity of operational datasets across internal systems.
  • Produce and manage bordereaux for regulatory and syndicate reporting.
  • Administer policy workflows, ensuring full documentation and audit trail compliance.
  • Track earning patterns, claims timelines, and key contractual deliverables.
  • Serve as the operational liaison for: Syndicate Operations, Finance and Technology.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, particularly within insurance or related sectors, and will be skilled in process improvement with a hands-on approach to refining systems and workflows.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, along with a proactive and adaptable mindset.
