Oracle R12 Support Specialist - Assets and Projects
Our client is looking for a Oracle R12 Support Specialist to join the Finance Systems team. This is a critical role supporting the core ERP services across key modules such as Projects, Fixed Assets, Procurement and Employee Expenses.As they drive towards a single ERP vision, you'll play a central role in delivering system support, analysing functionality, improving user experience and enabling transformation across the business.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day support of Oracle R12 ERP systems, ensuring accuracy and continuous service availability.
- Be a subject matter expert in Projects and Fixed Assets modules.
- Act as a key liaison between internal stakeholders and third-party support providers, holding partners to account for service delivery, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Drive improvements through analysis, stakeholder engagement and proactive problem-solving.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in Oracle R12 Projects and Assets modules.
- Solid track record of ERP system support in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment.
- Experience working with outsourced IT teams and vendors.
- Ability to manage priorities and balance support with project delivery.
Highly Desirable:
- SQL skills and experience with data cleansing/migration.
- Involvement in large-scale ERP transformation projects.
- Familiarity with SaaS ERP environments.
Please note: This is an initial 6 month contract, remote working with occasional days required in office, paying up to £550pd inside IR35.
