A top-tier digital consultancy is seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Salesforce Solution Architect to play a pivotal role in shaping and presenting innovative Salesforce solutions to strategic clients. This individual will lead the end-to-end pre-sales process, ensuring compelling, scalable solutions aligned to client needs and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the pre-sales solution delivery, acting as the designated Pre-Sales Solution Lead for qualified opportunitiesfrom initial engagement through to proposal submission.
  • Design and deliver scalable, forward-thinking Salesforce architectures, tailored to specific client requirements and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Lead product demonstrations, presentations, and proof of concept sessions, effectively showcasing the business value of Salesforce solutions.
  • Work across multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritising effectively and balancing workloads in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including advisory, innovation, delivery, and change management, to ensure seamless project handovers.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, offering insights into Salesforce capabilities, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
  • Demonstrate exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, building trusted relationships with internal and external partners across all organisational levels.
  • Help raise the visibility and brand presence of the UK&I Salesforce team through active relationship-building and strategic engagement.
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal pre-sales processes, drawing on experience to enhance methodologies and best practices.
  • Engage with internal stakeholders to analyse market trends and identify opportunity areas, influencing go-to-market strategy and solution development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Salesforce innovations and competitor technologies to inform solution strategies.


Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales, Salesforce consulting, or solution architecture roles within the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • Deep, hands-on understanding of the Salesforce platform and products, including core Clouds and integrations.
  • Proven ability to bridge the gap between technical solutions and business outcomes, tailoring messaging to suit diverse audiences.
  • Outstanding presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong capability in translating complex requirements into scalable, high-impact Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) estimation, project sizing, and shaping opportunities.
  • Skilled in commercial modelling, agile methodologies, and project delivery frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and closing large-scale Salesforce deals.
  • Solid analytical thinking with a solutions-focused mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, high-pressure environment, managing competing priorities with ease.
  • Minimum of Salesforce Application Architect certification; additional certifications such as System Architect or Technical Architect are highly desirable.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions, including integration with other platforms and systems.
  • A proactive, commercially astute approach with a strong focus on driving client value and revenue growth.
