Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Solution ArchitectSalary: Up to £85,000 per annumLocation: Remote (UK-based, with client visits when required)

Our client is seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect to define and deliver enterprise-level SAP solutions across multiple business domains. In this pivotal role, you will shape end-to-end architectures, guide strategic technology decisions, and ensure successful delivery of SAP S/4HANA transformation programmes.

As an SAP S/4HANA Solution Architect, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels - from technical teams to C-suite executives - to design scalable, integrated solutions that align business goals with SAP best practices. Your expertise will span Finance (FI/CO), Logistics (MM/SD), Manufacturing (PP/QM), Procurement, and emerging innovations like SAP BTP and Fiori UX.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end architecture across SAP domains including Finance, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Procurement
• Lead architecture design for SAP S/4HANA Greenfield, Brownfield, or Selective Data Transition programmes
• Translate business objectives into SAP-aligned solutions, integration models, and process maps
• Collaborate with functional, technical, and integration teams to ensure coherent, scalable solutions
• Support pre-sales activities: solutioning, RFP/RFI responses, proposal shaping, and demos
• Engage with client architects and business sponsors to guide roadmap and solution assurance
• Drive innovation adoption, including Fiori UX, SAP BTP, Embedded Analytics, and Cloud Integration
• Provide governance across projects - change control, design reviews, and best practice alignment
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal knowledge assets
• Stay current on SAP S/4HANA advancements and digital transformation trends

Qualifications & Experience

• Functional depth in at least two domains (e.g., Finance + Logistics or Manufacturing + Procurement)
• Strong architecture documentation skills (ARIS, Signavio, LeanIX)
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills at executive level
• Understanding of migration, analytics, and testing strategies in SAP programmes
• SAP Certification in Finance, Logistics, or Architecture preferred
• UK citizen, eligible for security clearance (mandatory)
