Senior Technology Solutions Architect – Permanent
Location: London (3 days in office with 2 days WFH)
Salary: £55,000–£60,000 per annum

About the Role:
Our client, a forward-thinking not-for-profit organisation, is seeking an experienced Technology Solutions Architect to lead the optimisation, integration, and strategic development of their business systems. This is a senior, hands-on role for a true expert in technology platforms who can combine strategic oversight with practical implementation.
You will be responsible for maximising the functionality of existing systems, integrating new platforms, ensuring security and compliance, and managing external suppliers to deliver high-quality technology solutions. You will also manage a small internal team and play a key role in shaping the organisation’s long-term technology strategy.

Must-Have Expertise:

  • Proven experience as a Technology Solutions Architect or senior systems integrator.
  • Deep understanding of business systems integration, data flows, and interoperability (Salesforce, HR, Finance, and cloud platforms).
  • Experience managing external suppliers and SLAs, contracts, and KPIs.
  • Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of information security principles and GDPR compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead system integration projects and drive continuous improvements across platforms.
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal teams and external technology providers.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of business systems, ensuring stability, governance, and security.
  • Identify opportunities to optimise processes and technology functionality.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and development for team members.
  • Oversee technology budgets and manage vendor contracts effectively.
  • Support a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing technology function aligned with organisational goals.
