Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day service, maintenance, and fault-finding of BMS systems
- Carrying out routine checks, diagnostics, and minor upgrades
- Supporting energy performance and system optimisation initiatives
- Working closely with on-site teams to ensure smooth system operation
- Identifying potential system improvements and supporting upgrade works
Desired Experience:
- Proven experience as a BMS Service Engineer
- Strong knowledge of Trend, Tridium, or Siemens systems (any manufacturer experience considered)
- Confident in fault-finding, adjustments, and software interrogation
- Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
- Based within commutable distance to Central London
