- Provide expert guidance and problem resolution for financial technology platforms, ensuring seamless operation across general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, billing, and fixed asset modules.
- Maintain high standards of data consistency across integrated systems; identify and resolve issues through analysis and coordination with technical and business teams.
- Design and manage reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Oracle SmartView, and advanced Excel; convert complex data into meaningful reports to support business decisions.
- Support system rollouts, provide user training, and drive efficiency through system improvements and team partnerships.
- Background in the insurance sector and a degree or qualification in accounting or a related field.
- Solid understanding of enterprise financial software, especially Oracle Cloud ERP and related reporting tools like OTBI.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise performance tools such as Oracle EPBCS, FCCS, and EDMCS.
- Strong command of SQL, Excel (including advanced functions, pivot tables, and VBA), and business intelligence tools.
- Proven ability to analyse large datasets and translate them into strategic insights.
- Experience implementing improvements in financial processes through innovation and automation.
- Effective communicator with the ability to explain complex technical topics to non-technical audiences.
