People Systems Specialist (Workday)

12 month FTC, competitive salary. Hybrid: 2 days per week in Canary Wharf.

If you are looking for a role where you can grow your Workday skills, take on meaningful responsibilities and be part of a supportive HRIS team, this could be an excellent next step.

You will join a highly respected global law firm with a mature Workday environment used across the firm globally. The role sits in a small, collaborative People Systems team where you will have the chance to build confidence in Core HCM and Recruiting, develop your understanding of Workday functionality, and take on more configuration as your experience grows.

The day to day work includes core BAU support, resolving tickets, supporting Workday processes, running reports, improving data accuracy, and contributing to R1 and R2 release testing. If you already have some configuration experience, there is scope to take on more complex tasks and small enhancements. If you are earlier in your Workday career, you will be supported to build these skills over time.

This role could suit someone with 1 to 3 years of Workday experience who is ready for development, or someone more experienced who prefers a stable and well structured environment with room to apply and broaden their skills.

What we are looking for

  • Experience with Workday Core HCM and some exposure to Recruiting
  • Confidence handling Workday queries using ServiceNow or similar tools
  • Good understanding of HR data, reporting or Workday processes
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Comfortable working with UK and international teams, including occasional early morning calls with Australia

If the role sounds interesting but you are not sure you meet every requirement, please still get in touch. We are happy to have an informal conversation first.

We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and identities and are happy to discuss any reasonable adjustments or flexible working needs during the process.
