We are currently partnering with a University based in London, who are recruiting for a Student Casework, Complaints & Appeals Specialist to join their accomplished team on a temporary basis.

 

This role is being offered on either a full time or part time basis and the rate of pay will be negotiable based upon experience, start date is subject to notice.

 

Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Assisting the Student Appeals team during a period of staff absence
  • Managing the day-to-day appeals caseload, ensuring cases are processed promptly and in line with university policies
  • Confidently and independently handling complex student appeal cases
  • Writing well-reasoned, clear, and structured responses to complex appeals
  • Ensuring all deadlines are met and keeping the University Secretary updated with regular reports

 

Experience required:

  • Prior experience working in a university appeals, complaints, or academic regulations environment
  • Excellent written communication and case-handling skills
