Travel Operations Assistant
CPS Group UK are delighted to be working with a well-known global travel brand to appoint a Travel Systems Operations Assistant on an urgent, interim basis. Starting ASAP, the Travel Systems Operations Assistant will play a key administrative role in team, supporting the reservations/booking system, responding to booking inquiries, managing the Guest Inbox and managing the quality control of bookings.
This is an urgent role, based on-site at the client HQ in London.
Role Requirements
* Extensive use of in-house booking system
* Admin tasks, updating flight schedule changes in booking system and moving funds from one booking to another in high volume
* Reviewing reports and monitoring booking requests, including quality control of bookings
* Support the Operations Coordinators in managing operations inboxes
* Assist with responding to booking enquiries and Guest issues via email
Required Skills & Experience
* Travel operations / industry experience
* Experience working with booking/reservation systems
* Highly organised and good prioritisation skills
* Attention to detail
* Good verbal and written communication skills
* Team player
