Are you our new Field Engineer? Can you bring your existing skill set to train as a field engineer to deliver exceptional service to our major clients?

  • We’ll train you to work alongside experienced professionals on installation and upgrade projects, with a primary focus on backup solutions.
  • You’ll support our customers across EMEA, ensuring their business-critical systems run smoothly.
  • You’ll tackle technical challenges in both hardware and software, using your problem-solving skills to deliver outstanding results

Do you tick all our boxes?

  • A technical background such as in Technical Support, System Administration, Storage Administration, or similar roles within a large bank, retail, or enterprise IT environment
  • 2 years’ hands-on experience with NAS/File/Object Storage (e.g., NetApp)
  • Customer facing skills in a technical environment
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid driving licence and passport, with the flexibility to travel across EMEA and work outside standard hours when required
  • Security Clearance will be required for this role
