This is a newly created opportunity for an experienced IT Support Engineer to join a UK wide publishing firm at their Central London office near Waterloo. This role is 100% office based and pays £40,000.

Working with the IT Manager & another IT Support Engineer, you will be responsible for 1st & 2nd line BAU user remote & onsite support for circa 250 UK users. Â Although the role will be based at the HQ in Central London, there will be infrequent requirements to visit the other 12 sites on an ad-hoc basis.Â
To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience with supporting and managing a mixed IT environment:
- Windows 10 & 11 and Apple Mac’s
- Google Workspace &/or Office 365
- Active Directory / Azure AD
- Networks & VPN’s
- Some Windows Server / AzureÂ

Based in Central London they are within walking distance of Waterloo, Southwark & Blackfriars stations. This role is a 35-hour working week that is full-time in the office.Â
