IT Support Engineer - M365£40k basicOn-site in Central London

Your new role

This Microsoft Partner are an Azure Expert MSP with an additional 5 Microsoft specialisms. They are big believers in promoting from within and I’ve seen this for myself - the 3 individuals I’ve placed here have all received promotions within their first year.

In the role, you’ll be:

  • Providing expert technical support across M365, Networking, Security and Device Management.
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to your clients, translating complex issues into actionable solutions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving incidents, with ownership from investigation to resolution.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to improve functionality and support processes.

About you

You’ll have proven experience in a technical support role, preferably for another Microsoft Partner or large Enterprise organisation.

Some other skills and experience you’ll bring:

  • Strong knowledge of Device Management, including Intune / Autopilot
  • Excellent experience across M365 support.
  • Strong customer facing experience.
  • SC Clearance is highly desirable.

Salary and benefits

Salary for this role is £40k basic. This role will be based on-site in central London.
