Their business culture is positive and supportive, every single person is valued and makes a difference to the service delivered to clients.THE ROLE:Your day to day work, alongside being a tech hero, will include supporting their clients across a range of technologies to assist with troubleshooting, change requests, system builds, routine maintenance and monitoring client’s networks.

Development of client’s network services
Undertaking small-scale project work
Assisting Team members on larger IT projects
Building, servicing and repairing client devices on the workbench
Quoting for clients
Liaising with clients and colleagues
Identifying opportunities for growth

KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Previous IT support experience, ideally in an MSP
Excellent customer service skills
Keen to continue learning
Car ownership useful for occasionally travel to sites

SALARY & BENEFITS:
