- Provide hands-on support for macOS, Jamf, Google Workspace, and Okta environments.
- Ensure security compliance, working with frameworks such as ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials.
- Manage networking, basic scripting, and system administration tasks.
- Support the IT & Security Director and collaborate with department heads to meet company needs.
- Handle IT ticket requests and manage day-to-day support for hardware and software issues.
- Proven experience with macOS support, Jamf, Google Workspace, Okta, basic networking.
- Understanding of networking protocols, basic scripting, and working in a Unix environment.
- Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- A solutions-oriented mindset with a desire to continuously learn and grow within IT.
