Support the IT & Security Director and collaborate with department heads to meet company needs.
Handle IT ticket requests and manage day-to-day support for hardware and software issues.

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience with macOS support, Jamf, Google Workspace, Okta, basic networking.
Understanding of networking protocols, basic scripting, and working in a Unix environment.
Familiarity with IT security practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
