PURPOSE OF THE JOB

1. Assist with the development of Microsoft 365 training and development strategy
2. Create accessible training meeting including user guides and workshop content
3. Deliver workshops showing staff how to effectively use Microsoft tools
4. Monitor the organisations training needs
5. Evaluate and implement new features within the M365 toolset for the organisation to adopt
6. Collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders across the organisation to maximise 365 efficiently

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Possess a good knowledge and understanding of the M365 toolset
2. Excellent communication and presentation skills
3. Previous experience in supporting users to best adopt more efficient M365 toolset use
4. Good stakeholder management skills
5. Previous experience working within a charity is highly desirable
