Then get in touch! Kingston Barnes is recruiting for a Hands-on Engineering Team Leader for one of our highly successful clients in East London. Our client manufactures different products that are supplied to supermarkets and shops across the UK.

The Company: Our client is a household name, established in 1886 they have successfully grown into what they are today. Due to continued demand for their products, our client is looking for an experienced Maintenance Team Leader to assist in their operations.

The Role: This is a hands-on Maintenance role with supervisory requirements. Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising a team of Shift Engineers
  • Reactive and pre-planned maintenance
  • Adherence to KPIs set by the Maintenance Manager
  • Working in a fast-paced environment
  • Working on equipment such as pneumatics, conveyor belts, boilers, gearboxes and more

The Candidate:

  • Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Multi-skilled engineering background
  • FMCG/Manufacturing experience
  • Able/happy to work a shift pattern
