Your work will shape how customers access and securely use the platform directly contributing to business growth and user satisfaction. You’ll be at the front line of enabling device onboarding, purchasing flows, and enterprise-level service experiences.
  • You will report directly to the hiring manager.
  • Team includes 10 Product Designers (PDs) across the US and London.
  • Collaborative, fast-paced environment aligned with our client’s design culture.
  • You'll work closely with 5 core PDs and internal stakeholders (PMs, engineers).
  • Daily team syncs to discuss ongoing design work.
  • 40% of time spent on deep design work in Figma.
  • Regular 1:1s, team syncs, and cross-functional reviews.
  • Focus areas include billing, monetization, trust/security features (e.g., SSO implementation).
  • Existing system UX enhancements with strong B2B user considerations.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Design end-to-end user flows with a focus on user experience, service design, and content strategy.
  • Create user interfaces and map out how services operate behind the scenes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales, and external teams to ensure seamless integration across systems.
  • Lead highly complex design projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Drive product direction by partnering with key stakeholders.
  • Use prototyping tools (e.g., Figma) to demonstrate interaction and flow concepts.
  • Iterate based on feedback, constantly refining designs and exploring alternatives.
  • Consistently deliver on project estimates and show strong ownership of your work.
Skills & Qualifications:Required Skills
  • 10+ years of design experience
  • Strong proficiency in Figma and handoff-ready design delivery
  • Expertise in journey mapping (e.g., customer flows from resellers to enrollment)
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and content writing skills
  • High attention to detail and commitment to holistic design thinking
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with VR products
  • Background in B2B enterprise UX design
  • Familiarity with the education sector (especially involving headset usage)
  • Experience designing enterprise security systems
