The role - Design & Technology Teacher This wonderful Secondary School has a unique and exciting opportunity within their Design Technology department for a strong teacher who is looking for an interesting and varied role teaching a combination of Design Technology, Graphics with Food Technology.
This is a newly created position in which they are keen to appoint someone who is willing to stretch themselves as well as their students, teaching a diverse curriculum. The post offers an ideal opportunity for an experienced teacher or ECT to develop professionally and to contribute to future whole school improvement. The post would suit an ambitious and driven teacher seeking a stimulating, supportive working environment.
Whilst subject knowledge in all three areas would be beneficial, it is not essential. For the right person, the school will provide full training around subject knowledge where necessary. Most importantly, they are looking for someone to inspire learning; promote interest in the subjects and ensure high achievement.
