This pivotal role supports the entire product lifecycle, ensuring garments meet the highest standards of quality, fit, and functionality. Collaborating closely with designers, product teams, and global suppliers, you’ll oversee the technical development of garments from concept through to final production—ensuring compliance, ethical integrity, and commercial success.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a Garment Technologist role within the fashion industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all garments meet customer expectations for fit, performance, and legal compliance.
  • Conduct fit sessions.
  • Review and approve wash care label information.
  • Perform technical investigations to uphold product quality standards.
  • Liaise with factories to resolve technical issues and ensure production accuracy.
  • Approve and analyse test reports.
  • Analyse product returns and generate quality control reports.
  • Collaborate with designers and product teams to develop garment specifications and select optimal fabrics and trims.
  • Drive technical projects aligned with business goals.
  • Other adhoc administrative duties as required.
