Marketing Designer

Our client is a rapidly growing and highly acclaimed Property Investment Group located in W1. A lucrative opportunity has arisen for a talented Marketing Designer with at least three years' in-house marketing/design experience to join their vibrant team on a full time, permanent basis. This position will involve designing on-brand designs for brochures, digital campaigns, and social media content - work that doesn't just tick boxes but stands out in a competitive property market. This is a hands-on role where your design expertise will directly shape how the brand is seen and experienced.Key Responsibilities: * Working as part of the marketing team* Design high-quality brochures, pitch documents, flyers, and marketing materials* Create infographics, maps, and enhanced imagery using Adobe Creative Suite* Develop engaging digital assets for campaigns, including email marketing (Mailchimp)* Produce motion graphics and video content for social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok)* Write clear, engaging copy for area and neighbourhood descriptions* Collaborate with the marketing team to support day-to-day activities and ad-hoc projectsKey Requirements: * Advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator (Premiere Pro/After Effects a plus)* Strong typography skills and understanding of colour theory* Ability to work under pressure with exceptional attention to detail* A proactive, collaborative attitude and problem-solving mindset* A strong design portfolio (required at interview)This is a unique opportunity for a Marketing Designer to become part of a close-knit, creative team located just moments away from Regent's Park, working on varied projects that mix creativity with strategic impact.
