As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional, user-centric digital experiences for our customers and employees alike. Your expertise in design will guide the creation of intuitive interfaces, while championing user needs and delivering impactful solutions. Here's a Taste of What You'll Be Doing:

  • Crafting intuitive user experiences for both employee productivity tools and customer-facing applications.

  • Applying a strong UX process, using data, analytics, and qualitative feedback to guide your design decisions.

  • Designing and prototyping using Figma, wireframes, UI designs, and high-fidelity visuals.

  • Mentoring and coaching engineers on design tools, best practices, and design-driven decision-making.

  • Collaborating with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless design implementation.

  • Helping to build and maintain a comprehensive design system that reflects modern design culture and agile methodologies.

Are We the Perfect Match?

  • Proven experience designing user-centric products and helping brands come to life in the digital space.

  • A minimum of 2+ years as a UI/UX designer, with strong hands-on design experience.

  • Knowledge and experience with Agile methodologies, particularly in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

  • A passion for research, including running user workshops and gathering valuable insights from diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe CC suite, and a solid understanding of analytics tools.

It Would Be Great If You Had:

  • Experience in designing for both web and native mobile applications.

  • A flair for storytelling and presenting design concepts confidently to stakeholders.

  • Strong documentation skills with the ability to manage project priorities and timelines effectively.

  • Experience with A/B testing and leveraging results to inform design decisions.

  • A natural ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with ease.

  • Location - London - E.ON Next, 47-53 Charterhouse Street, Farringdon, London, EC1M 6PB with travel to our other sites when required.

  • Working environment: Flexible hybrid working - a blend of in the office and home working.

  • 26 days holiday plus bank holidays each year - this includes a guaranteed day off for your birthday if you want it.
