Sonic Summary

A global telecommunications company is seeking a service designer to conduct a comprehensive as-is service design review.
Candidates should have proven experience in service design, particularly in customer onboarding or journey optimization, and strong omnichannel experience design skills.
The role requires extensive knowledge of journey mapping, service blueprinting, and proficiency in data analytics tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, PowerBI, or Tableau.
Applicants should also possess wireframing and prototyping experience using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
The position offers up to £600 per day on an initial 6-month contract with potential extensions, based in London with hybrid working options.

I am currently working with a global telecommunications company who are actively seeking a service designer to support in conducting a comprehensive as-is service design review.What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in service design, ideally within customer onboarding or customer journey optimization.
Strong experience in omnichannel experience design.
Strong experience with journey mapping and service blueprinting.
Strong experience with a range of data and analytics tools, ideally with Google analytics, adobe analytics, PowerBI or tableau.
Extensive wireframing and prototyping experience with Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
