Mechanical Maintenance Plumber

Mechanical Maintenance Plumber for Mechanical plumbing and heating company.

We are looking for an experienced Plumbing Maintenance Engineer to carry out bi-annual and Annual Maintenance and remedial works of all plant installed at our commercial clients and high end clients. Most of our clients are based in and around greater London.

Mechanical plumbing job typicall involves:

• planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance
• planning kit needed for boiler servicing
• responding to breakdowns
• diagnosing faults
• submitting reports of faults and repairs done
• repairing equipment
• obtaining specialist components, fixtures or fittings
• ensuring compliance with health and safety legislation
• creating maintenance procedures
• managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
• Assist in the office with technical queries - a few hours a week. 

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in carrying out Mechanical Service and Maintenance

Gas qualified preferable but not essential

Mechanical plumber must have:

City & Guilds plumbing qualification or the equilavent thereof

• CSCS card
• Full Driver’s License
• Right to work in the UK
• Basic Tools
