A Market Leader in the insurance sector are currently seeking a Global Quality Assurance Reviewer to join their team to conduct claim file reviews to ensure compliance with best practices and identify opportunities for improved claim handling across all stages of a claim.

Role & Responsibilities:
- Perform claim file reviews
- Liaising with internal partners and passing on feedback
- Reviewing trends and improvement opportunities
- Preparing reports, scorecards, and trend analyses for management review
- Identifying errors, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvements
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Experience in casualty claims
- Experience in claims auditing
- Ability to speak another language is advantageous
- An excellent communicator
- Happy to travel when required
- Hard-working and ambitious
- A team player who thrives when working with others towards shared goals
Package:
- Up to 450 per day (Umbrella rate)
