This role will focus on providing technical and administrative support throughout the insurance placement process, ensuring all documentation, data, and compliance requirements are met to the highest standard.The successful candidate will work closely with brokers, clients, and underwriters, supporting the delivery of best-in-class broking services across UK and international P&C risks.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and process insurance documentation including Market Reform Contracts (MRCs), endorsements, evidence of cover, debit/credit notes, and cover notes.Support brokers during the placement and renewal process across property, casualty, and combined risks.Ensure all documentation complies with market and regulatory standards (including Lloyd's, FCA, and company-specific policies).Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in internal systems and client files.Upload and manage risks on market platforms such as PPL and Whitespace.Monitor bordereaux, premium payments, and credit control activity as needed.Act as a key liaison between internal teams, underwriters, and external partners.Assist with the coordination of client servicing tasks, audits, and reporting activities.Skills & ExperiencePrevious experience in a Broker Technician, Account Handler, or similar technical insurance role, ideally within Property & Casualty lines.Good understanding of London Market processes, documentation standards, and electronic placement tools (e.g., PPL, Whitespace, Acturis).High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards in the insurance industry.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and insurance systems.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits packageHybrid working policy with flexibilityProfessional development and support towards industry qualificationsA collaborative, inclusive working culture with opportunities for growth
