Are you an experienced Claims Adjuster looking to take on a fresh challenge in a dynamic and collaborative environment? We are working on behalf of a market-leading Syndicate to find an enthusiastic and proactive professional to join their established Claims team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the development of claims processes, vendor relationships, and product wording from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of claims of varying complexity within delegated authority levels, in line with internal claims procedures and service standards.
  • Maintain accurate claims records and updates through relevant systems (e.g., ECF, DOCOsoft).
  • Support the Cyber Underwriting team in developing claims protocols and establishing a vendor panel.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of product wording and claims handling processes.
  • Provide clear and timely communication to underwriters and stakeholders on claims trends and outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with brokers, third-party experts, and clients.
  • Collaborate with team members and contribute to a high-performing claims culture.
  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as required by the team.

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a technical claims role, ideally within the London Market.
  • Familiarity with market systems such as ECF and a good understanding of market processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • A team player who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Ability to manage time and priorities effectively, working both independently and collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word and Excel.
  • ACII qualification or working towards it (preferred but not essential).
