Altum Consulting are working with a global professional body to recruit an interim Source to Pay (S2P) Consultant based in Central London. This role is hybrid working with 1 day a week in the office. This role will be for an initial 6 months and is likely to extend to 12 months or taken permanent. Applying candidates must be immediately available or on a short-notice period.
Source to Pay (S2P) Consultant role:
- Source to Pay for the Marketing division
- Reviewing contracts
- Initial point of contact for vendors and contract owners
- Entering all contracts into CMS
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures
- Manage end of life/renewals and upcoming contract amendments
- Procurement and invoice management
- Raising purchase orders
- Liaising with the Accounts Payable team
- Liaising with the legal team
- Continuous process automation and improvement
For this Source to Pay (S2P) Consultant role you'll be/have:
- Technical experience with contract wording and reviewing
- Experience with a Contract Management system (ideally Clogix)
- Experience with an ERP system (ideally Netsuite)
- Strong knowledge of contracts and procurement
- Process improvement experience
- Confident with excellent communication skills
- Available immediately
