We are offering a unique opportunity for a driven and talented individual to join a Domestic Adjusting team as anoperations manager.

About the Role:

You will take the lead in driving team performance, fostering collaboration, and ensuring the successful handling of claims.

The Domestic Adjusting team typically manages claims up to £100k in value.

Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that complex claims are resolved efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

What Were Looking For:

  • Strong leadership experience:A proven track record of managing high-performing teams effectively.
  • Expertise in claims handling:Comprehensive experience dealing withcomplex propertyinsurance claims.
  • Exceptional communication skills:The ability to explain technical details clearly, negotiate fair settlements, and engage effectively with policyholders, contractors, insurers, and other stakeholders.
