Broker Support TechnicianLondon/ Home-Based£40,000 - £60,000A boutique Lloyd's insurance Broker has the requirement for a Technician to come on board and support their Financial Lines broking team in the City of London. They would ideally like someone present in the office 2 days per week, but would consider a remote-worker if they displayed all the relevant skills.The varied role will entail:
- Slip production for open market business
- DUA processing
- Processing renewals, amendments and cancellations efficiently
- Client/ market correspondence
- Maintaining accurate client records in the broking systems
- Claims administration
- Internal coordination
- Ensuring compliance with internal processes and risk management practices
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:
- MRC fluency (knowledge of the composition of an MRC)
- Experience in quotes, schedules, endorsements and exclusions etc.
- A general understanding of Liability insurance products
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Awareness of regulatory requirements e.g. FCA compliance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Prior claims experience either administratively or ECF
