PURPOSE OF ROLE

Lawes is partnering with a number of Lloyds MGAs, Brokers, and Syndicates to recruit Graduates for a variety of roles including Underwriting Assistants, Junior Brokers, Operations, Claims Assistants, Finance, Analytics, Insurance Advisors, and more. This is an exciting opportunity for recent graduates looking to start their career in insurance within the London/ Lloyds market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE

  • Responsible for dealing with incoming calls and emails.
  • Assisting team members
  • Entering and processing risk information
  • Liaising with various teams, clients, and management
  • Preparing/ writing reports
  • Data entry and general administrative duties.
  • Ad-hoc duties as needed and dependant on the role

EXPERIENCE AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree educated or equivalent
  • 3 A-Levels (or equivalent) at C or above
  • An understanding of Insurance and a desire to continue to learn
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • Strong IT skills including all MS Office
