The Role:You will play a key role within the expanding insurance team, supporting client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to further develop your career in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients to manage renewal information, process mid-term adjustments, and take first notification of loss in the event of claims

  • Correspond daily with insurers and underwriters to negotiate premiums, generate quotes via Etrade and manual submission, process mid-term adjustments, and maintain strong working relationships

  • Collaborate with executives to generate leads and support new business initiatives, leveraging your own network where possible

  • Use Acturis (or similar platforms) for data entry, generating market presentations, and preparing client-facing reports

  • Ensure compliance by maintaining accurate files, issuing Tobas and SoDaNs, and preparing meeting minutes

  • Support the team in delivering outstanding service while contributing to a positive, collaborative culture

  • Willingness to work from the Canary Wharf office 3 days per week
