The Role:You will play a key role within the expanding insurance team, supporting client relationships and ensuring the delivery of high-quality service. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to further develop your career in a supportive, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicate with clients to manage renewal information, process mid-term adjustments, and take first notification of loss in the event of claims

Correspond daily with insurers and underwriters to negotiate premiums, generate quotes via Etrade and manual submission, process mid-term adjustments, and maintain strong working relationships

Collaborate with executives to generate leads and support new business initiatives, leveraging your own network where possible

Use Acturis (or similar platforms) for data entry, generating market presentations, and preparing client-facing reports

Ensure compliance by maintaining accurate files, issuing Tobas and SoDaNs, and preparing meeting minutes

Support the team in delivering outstanding service while contributing to a positive, collaborative culture
