This role is key to ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of technical and administrative services, enabling account handlers to focus on client service and strategic outcomes.You'll be part of a collaborative and highly skilled support function, contributing to the delivery of high-quality documentation, technical accuracy, and compliance in line with internal and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:* Collaborate with colleagues to define and prioritise team objectives and manage workload to meet personal and departmental targets.* Lead specific projects and contribute to wider team initiatives, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of a high standard.* Prepare and maintain accurate broking and client documentation including slips, quotes, endorsements, and indications.* Handle a variety of technical duties such as credit control, data entry, and following up on subjectivities.* Provide accurate management information and reports as required.* Monitor regulatory and legal updates, ensuring all work complies with the latest requirements.* Maintain detailed and up-to-date records on internal systems at all times.* Support policy renewals, mid-term adjustments, and respond professionally to enquiries from clients, insurers, and third parties.* Foster a positive and supportive team environment and share valuable insights across the wider Property & Casualty group.About You:* 4+ years' experience in a technical insurance role, ideally within Property & Casualty lines.* Strong IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.* Keen interest in developing deeper technical expertise and progressing within a growing team.* Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy and organisational ability.* Strong verbal and written communication skills.* Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team and mentor junior colleagues.* GCSEs (or equivalent) including English and Maths are essential.* A-levels (Grade A-C or equivalent) preferred.This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician looking to take the next step in their career with increased exposure and responsibility.??
