We are currently partnering with a university based in London, who are recruiting for a Student Casework, Complaints & Appeals Specialist to join their accomplished team on a temporary basis.
This is a full-time position of 35 hours a week, the rate of pay will be negotiable based upon experience, start date is subject to notice.
Duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Assisting the Student Appeals team during a period of staff absence
- Managing the day-to-day appeals caseload, ensuring cases are processed promptly and in line with university policies
- Confidently and independently handling complex student appeal cases
- Writing well-reasoned, clear, and structured responses to complex appeals
- Ensuring all deadlines are met and keeping the University Secretary updated with regular reports
Experience required:
- Prior experience working in a university appeals, complaints, or academic regulations environment
- Excellent written communication and case-handling skills
